Returns and Exchanges:
Product and payment returns due to changes in order are not accepted.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at
info@ateliersimi.com for a replacement.
Products to be exchanged must be returned within 7 business days
of the email notification. Products must be in their original packaging,
packaged to prevent damage during shipping, and with their labels intact.
To accept a return, the original invoice must also be included
with the product.
A replacement product will be delivered to you within 10 business days,
provided there is no stock availability. If the product is not available,
another product in the same category will be offered as an alternative.
If not, a refund will be issued.
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted for sale items.
- Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order is placed.
